High Speed Logic IC

ELM7S series is CMOS logic IC which includes one gate in in package and shares the same electrical characteristics as 74VHC series. With small package of SOT-25 and SSOT-25 package, it is possible to largely cut the assembly space or wiring distance. Since VDD protection diode is not included in protection circuit of input pin, ELM7SHxxxB is able to accept signal input higher than VDD.
